Medicine Hat is located in the southeast corner of
Alberta, in the valley of the South Saskatchewan River,
at the junction of the Trans-Canada Highway and
Highway #3. The Trans-Canada connects with the City
of Calgary 294km to the west. The Saskatchewan
border is approximately 83km to the east with the
United States border 160km to the south.
